4. Passport Online Application :
How is to Submit the Online Application Form?

- First, open up web site www.passportindia.gov.in
- Then Create a Passport ID and Password

- The Cover service is benefited by Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. (TCS) on behalf of Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India
- The Cover will be delivered by TIL through courier or speed post to the Cover applicants according to their address within 15 Business days of successful Passport Cover Application at Passport Seva Kendra (PSK).
As Per simply the delivery of the Cover is based on the applicants according to their address issued by the application form. Delay or non- delivery shall not be responsible by TIL's or TCS'.

18. Passport ECR or ECNR :
As per Emigration Act (ECR), 1983 PSK office, Emigration Check Required (ECR) passport holder PSK office, need emigration clearance from Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs for applying visa to following 18 countries.

The police verification is necessary for security reasons to regard the issue of passports in India. Processing for a fresh or a reissue, police verification require as per existing all documents of passport application
